EDAC Technologies Announces Annual Meeting Date

FARMINGTON, Conn., March 26 PRNewswire-FirstCall — EDAC Technologies Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EDAC), a designer and manufacturer of tools, fixtures, jet engine components, injection molds and spindles, has scheduled its annual meeting of shareholders for June 4, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. local time and its record date for voting at the annual meeting as April 15, 2008. The Company anticipates mailing proxy materials to its shareholders on or about April 18, 2008.
