Nordson to Showcase Multiple Solutions for the Printed Circuits, Electronics Manufacturing and Test Industries
Nordson will be highlighting a series of new product solutions through subsidiary companies Asymtek (Booth 511), Dage Precision Industries (Booth 1632), EFD (Booth 1470) March Plasma Systems (Booth 1229) and YESTech (Booth 559), all of which are parts of its Advanced Technology Systems business segment.

Printed Circuit Board Solutions: — March Plasma Systems will exhibit its new PROVIA(TM) system, which is a cost- and space-efficient plasma system for the treatment of High Density Interconnect (HDI), flexible, and rigid PCBs. Daily operating expenses, such as process gasses and power consumption, are minimized through unique design concepts. Electronics Manufacturing Solutions: — Asymtek will be featuring two new products: the new SelectCoat(R) SL-940 Series conformal coating system, which is a high-speed, high-accuracy coating system with integrated, closed-loop process control that ensures superior coating quality; and the Spectrum(TM) S-900 Series Systems, which are scalable dispensing platforms that are ideal for flip-chip and CSP underfill and that adapt to the evolving requirements of microelectronics manufacturing. — EFD will be featuring the new PicoDot(TM) jet dispensing systems, which combine high production speed with exceptional accuracy and process control. Test Solutions: — Dage Precision Industries will exhibit its new XD7500NT digital x-ray inspection system for the first time in North America. This new x-ray inspection system combines superior digital acquisition technology with Dage's award winning and easy to use ImageWizard software for world class inspection quality. — YESTech will introduce its new YTX X3 3-D X-Ray inspection system for populated printed circuit boards. The innovative new YTX X3 Automated X-Ray Inspection System (AXI) offers printed circuit board assembly manufacturers advanced 3-D inspection capability for fast and complete inspection of PCBs with BGAs and other hidden solder joints.
