Taste of Home Magazine Launches Healthy Cooking

Every issue of Healthy Cooking will have five distinct sections: — \"Lighten Up\" - ideas on how to still eat what you won't give up, and sensible hints, tips from Taste of Home's Test Kitchen experts — \"Eat Right\" - Recipes from home cooks and healthy-living testimonials to help readers make better choices — \"You Win\" - Eight prize-winning dishes from our readers — \"Live Well\" - Recipes and advice for specific health needs such as gluten, allergies or diabetes — Seasonal Special Feature focusing on what's fresh and current, like \"Power Foods\"
There are more than 76 recipes in the premiere issue — every one tested in the Taste of Home kitchens. Each recipe also includes nutrition facts, diabetic exchanges, and handy icons that highlight low-carb, low-sugar, low-fat and more.
A new healthy living and cooking channel also debuts on the Taste of Home web site sponsored by Healthy Cooking, where readers can find more recipe makeovers, healthy menu planning ideas, advice for special diet needs, and extra tips to help you lead a healthier lifestyle: www.tasteofhome.com/healthy .
