Imation Corp. Annual Meeting of Shareholders Scheduled for May 7th
OAKDALE, Minn.,
The purpose of the meeting is to: 1. Elect five directors; 2. Ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2008; 3. Approve the 2008 Stock Incentive Plan; and 4. Transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
