Bentley Presents the Bentley Leadership Forum in Cooperation With TIME
The Global Imperative to Serve the Public Good
WALTHAM, Mass., March 20 PRNewswire-USNewswire — On March 27, 2008 Bentley College and TIME will gather leaders from the worlds of business, communication, government and the non-profit sector to examine the changing forces shaping our world. This dynamic symposium will explore how business and philanthropy can unite to serve the needs of those who live and work in our rapidly evolving global society.
This year's Leadership Forum, the fourth in a series of annual events designed to spotlight critical issues in business ethics, leadership and social responsibility, will feature Patty Stonesifer, Chief Executive Officer, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as the keynote speaker in the morning session. Stonesifer leads the foundation's mission to promote equity for all people around the world by setting strategic priorities, monitoring results and facilitating relationships with key partners.
Michael Brown, Co-Founder and CEO of City Year, will be the featured speaker during the Tomorrow25 luncheon program. Recognized for his work championing national service, Brown has been honored extensively including receiving the Reebok Human Rights Award. City Year is a youth service corps operating across the country and in South Africa.
During the morning program the Leadership Forum will also feature a distinguished panel of international leaders who will examine how organizations, especially corporations, can — and must — incorporate socially beneficial outcomes into their business models.

During the lunch program, Bentley will honor the Tomorrow25, outstanding high school juniors who have been chosen through a Bentley-sponsored international competition as our next generation of leaders. The Tomorrow25 have demonstrated initiative, citizenship, intelligence, technological savvy, social responsibility, and a dedication to making positive things happen in their communities and the broader society.
