Caterpillar Announces Date of Annual Stockholders Meeting
PEORIA, Ill., March 19 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) will conduct its 2008 annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, June 11 at 1:30 p.m., Central Daylight Time, at the Northern Trust Building in Chicago, Illinois. Meeting details, agenda and the procedure for admission will be included in the company's 2008 annual meeting proxy statement, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about April 21, 2008 and distributed the first week in May to stockholders of record as of April 14, 2008.
