Horizon Lines, Inc. Revises Record Date for 2008 Annual Stockholder Meeting
CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 17 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Horizon Lines, Inc. (NYSE: HRZ) announced that its Board of Directors has revised the record date for its 2008 Annual Stockholder Meeting.
The company will hold its 2008 Annual Stockholder Meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Stockholders of record at the close of business on April 7, 2008 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
