Amscot Financial Contributes to Brevard County's Boys & Girls Club, Supporting Programs for At-Risk Youth
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida makes a positive difference in the community by providing at-risk children with a safe place to learn and grow. The clubs also offer character development experiences as well as ongoing relationships with caring adults. Studies show that the clubs' programs make a positive impact by lowering crime, drug use, teen pregnancy and gang involvement.
During the Amscot open house event, children's entertainment will be provided. Radio station WAOA, 107.1 will broadcast live from Amscot's parking lot and give away prizes. Free refreshments also will be provided.

The program produces a state-of-the-art, specially designed card for parents to keep. The card contains a set of the child's digital fingerprints, a black and white photo, a dental chart, and instructions on how to do a simple DNA collection. Safety brochures are provided with the fingerprint card, as well as an envelope containing further information on how to complete the child safety kit.
