Swisher Hygiene Recognized for Outstanding Business Achievements
CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 4 PRNewswire — Swisher Hygiene was recognized by Microsoft(R) with a 2008 Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Award for excellence in Service Industry Leadership and will be honored by Microsoft executives at an awards luncheon to be held on Wednesday, March 12 at Convergence 2008, the premier Microsoft Dynamics user conference.
The 2008 Customer Excellence Awards, which are presented in 12 categories, recognize and celebrate Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments using their Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Working with Microsoft Dynamics certified partner I.B.I.S., Inc. of Norcross, Georgia, Swisher Hygiene delivered on the complete integration of financial, inventory, purchasing and service management functions for their full network of locations across North America. The delivery of real-time access to mission critical data has empowered each location to print and distribute service call tickets individually, enhancing each location's ability to provide customers accurate and timely account information while yielding significant printing and mailing savings to Swisher's corporate operations. Established in 1997, the Customer Excellence Awards, formerly named Pinnacle Awards, are awarded each year at the Convergence user conferences in the US and Europe. Microsoft Dynamics customers, partners and team members submit nominations. Judging teams for each of the 11 categories rated nominees on creativity, vision, and business benefits. Top winners from each category were then reviewed by a panel of six Microsoft executive judges for final approval. As part of that final review all winners were chosen along with the customer who deserved the Overall Excellence Award.
