Mantra Venture Group Ltd. to List on Frankfurt Stock Exchange under Symbol EDV 5MV

SEATTLE, Feb. 19 PRNewswire-FirstCall - Mantra Venture Group Ltd. ("Mantra" - OTCBB: MVTG) is pleased to announce that its stock will be eligible for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("FSE") effective February 18, 2008.

Currently listed in the OTC Bulletin Board under the trading symbol MVTG, Mantra will be eligible for trading on the FSE under the symbol EDV 5MV. Tradegate Wertpapierhandelsbank AG will represent Mantra on the FSE.
