Sona Mobile Welcomes Kimberly P. Stein As General Counsel

NEW YORK, Feb. 19 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Sona Mobile Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SNMB), a leading provider of secure software solutions for gaming and entertainment, is proud to announce that Kimberly Stein has joined the Company's executive management team as General Counsel. Ms. Stein will be responsible for all of the Company's legal matters.

Ms. Stein brings a unique perspective to the practice of law through her extensive business experience in the gaming, banking and securities industries. Most recently, Ms. Stein was a partner in a local Las Vegas law firm. Over the course of her career, Ms. Stein has worked for various companies, including Mikohn Gaming, Sun International Resorts, Casino Data Systems and Alliance Bally Gaming. A long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Stein earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from UNLV before obtaining her law degree from Boston University.

Ms. Stein is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
