Massey Energy Declares Dividend and Schedules Annual Meeting
RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 19 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Massey Energy Company (NYSE: MEE) today reported that its Board of Directors, at a regularly scheduled meeting, declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.05 per share to be paid on April 8, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 25, 2008.
Massey Energy Company also reported that its Board of Directors scheduled its 2008 annual meeting of shareholders for Tuesday, May 13, 2008.
