iFinix Corp. Enters Into a Joint Venture With GoIP Global to Offer Investors Real Time Stock Data on Their Cellphones

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., Feb. 19 PRNewswire-FirstCall — iFinix Corp. (Pink Sheets: INIX), announced today that it has entered into a joint venture with a publicly held New York-based company, GoIP Global, Inc., (Pink Sheets: GOGB), a text messaging provider, that will make it possible for investors signed up with iFinix RealTime Information Platform to receive real time stock alerts or find stock prices and share volume data on their cell phones.

The two companies have agreed to share resources and profits in providing the text messaging service.

iFinix Chairman Drew Budhu said, "iFinix is enhancing the iFinix RealTime Information Platform to make it possible for investors to keep up with important market developments even when they are away from their computers.
