Eight-Time Grammy Award Winning Artist, Mary J. Blige Shares Her 'Growing Pains' for VH1 Storytellers

The one-hour episode will treat fans to a unique experience as Mary J. Blige performs songs from her critically acclaimed and Grammy nominated album Growing Pains in addition to past hits. Following in the "Storytellers" format, Blige will answer questions from fans and give viewers a unique opportunity to hear the inspiration behind such hits as "Love No Limit," "No More Drama," "Be Without You," and "Family Affair" and from her new album Growing Pains, "Just Fine," "Hurt Again" and "Come To Me/Peace."
Blige's platinum-selling album, Growing Pains, came out on the heels of her greatest hits album Reflections: A Retrospective and her critically acclaimed album The Breakthrough. These albums garnered tremendous success, spawning a handful of major singles including The Breakthrough's lead single, "Be Without You," which spent nearly a year on the R&B charts and earned Blige eight Grammy Award nominations in 2007, the most of any artist that year. Mary J. Blige continues to make music history and proves there is no stopping her.
