V2K International Announces 1st Quarter Operating Results and Anticipated January Results

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 15 PRNewswire-FirstCall — V2K International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VTOK), a software development and franchise company announced today an operating loss of $330,012 for its fiscal 2008 first quarter ended December 31, 2007. Total revenue for the quarter was $1,642,222.

"Although we showed a loss for the 1st quarter of our fiscal year, it should be noted that $137,000 of that was as a result of the costs associated with being a public company and not as a result of operations," said Vic Yosha, President and CEO of V2K. "We also had additional one time charges of $42,000 related to the winding down of our manufacturing subsidiary and costs of $6,000 related to Marketing Source International. We believe Marketing Source International will be a viable operation, but one which we will not fully launch until 2009. All these costs together added up to $185,000. We are extremely pleased with our growth and expect it to continue to accelerate as we have more opportunities to license the technology. In addition, we are adding 2-5 new Franchisees each month. We are working hard to achieve operating profitability and positive cash flow. Our cost reduction program was fully implemented as of January 1st, and we believe that in January, on an unaudited basis, we will have cash basis loss of no more than $5,000 to $10,000."

"In our second quarter we will launch a new segment to our business by marketing through a kiosk concept in which we have extremely high expectations for increased revenues in the remainder of 2008."
