Regus Signs Lease Deal to Locate a New Center in Downtown Baltimore's Inner Harbor

DALLAS, Feb. 14 PRNewswire-FirstCall — The Regus Group (LSE: RGU), the world's largest provider of fully furnished and equipped offices with 950 locations in 70 countries, today announced that it has signed a lease agreement to open a new 12,000 square foot center in downtown Baltimore's historic Inner Harbor. The landlord for the project is PDL Pratt Associates, LLC and the term of the lease is 128 months. CB Richard Ellis, Inc. represented Regus in the transaction.

The new Regus business center will be located on the eighth floor of 400 East Pratt Street and will feature 53 offices, 90 workstations, one board room, and one videoconferencing studio. Regus' Inner Harbor Center offers panoramic views of the Baltimore Harbor and is surrounded by numerous amenities including luxurious hotels, museums, fine dining establishments, and entertainment and sports venues.
