Rodobens Launches TERRA NOVA in the Interior of Southern Brazil

The project is expected to have 480 homes in total, carried out in two phases. The 214 homes of the 1st phase are being sold at a price ranging from R$69,000 to R$100,000, with monthly installments from R$428 to R$623. Homebuyers will have access to 30-year mortgages provided by Banco Santander under the partnership agreement signed with Rodobens in 2007.
The 480 homes of the total project will be built with concrete molded on site, in a process with high speed of construction and quality. The delivery of the 1st phase is scheduled for 12 months from launching.
