Commercial Real Estate Agents & Investors To Benefit From Upcoming SEC TIC Exemption
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb. 12 PRNewswire — A new SEC, Securities and Exchange Commission exemption, which may be released as early as March of this year, 2008, will allow commercial real estate professionals to receive a fee for opining on the real estate aspects of the securitized TIC or Tenant in Common deal.
