Lynn M. Utter Appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Knoll North America

EAST GREENVILLE, Pa., Feb. 12 PRNewswire-FirstCall — Lynn M. Utter, the Chief Strategy Officer at Coors Brewing Company, a business unit of Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE: TAP; TSX), has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of Knoll North America. Ms. Utter will officially joining Knoll on or about March 3, 2008.

Knoll (NYSE: KNL) is recognized worldwide as a leading designer and manufacturer of branded furniture and textiles, focusing on innovation and modern design for work environments and residences.

Andrew Cogan, Chief Executive Officer, Knoll, Inc., stated, "I am pleased that we were able to find a leader of Lynn's stature who understands the importance of product, the reliance on distributor/dealer partners and the nuances of complex manufacturing operations. Commenting on her appointment, Ms. Utter said, "I am so excited about joining the Knoll team. Ms. Utter, 45, will report to Mr. Cogan. She succeeds Ms. Kass Bradley, President & CEO, Knoll North America. In October 2007, Ms. Bradley announced her desire to retire following a 30 year career with the Company. She will work closely with Ms. Utter until May 23, 2008 and intends to remain a director of Knoll.

Ms. Utter joined Coors in 1997. She was named Chief Strategy Officer in 2003, having served in various operational roles. Prior, Ms. Utter served as Vice President, Sales Operations, of Frito-Lay Company. She holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a M.B.A. from Stanford University.
