SCI Announces Recent Acquisitions in Texas, Arizona and South Carolina

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12 PRNewswire — SCI Real Estate Investments, a national real estate principal and one of the nation's largest tenant-in-common (TIC) sponsors, announced today that it has acquired three new properties totaling 1,012,772 square feet. SCI specializes in the acquisition of Class-A properties for the sale of interests to accredited buyers through 1031 Exchanges and co-ownerships.

The property features two, three, and four-bedroom units designed as private single-family residences, with two-car garages and gated entries. Verdae Village is a 241,548 square foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Greenville, South Carolina. It benefits from being located immediately adjacent to Verdae Development, a 1,100 acre master planned development currently under construction. Credit tenants include Super BI-LO Supermarket, Stein Mart, Office Depot, The Olive Garden, Burger King and Arby's.

Gateway on Apache, a 400 unit/684 bed luxury student apartment community located in Tempe, Arizona, serves the students of Arizona State University. Property amenities include resort-style pool with spa and clubhouse, fitness center, sand volleyball court, and student/business center.
