Elmer's Acquires James Galt & Co. Ltd.

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 12 PRNewswire — Elmer's Products, Inc., an industry leader in adhesives, arts and crafts, office, and educational products, announced today the completion of its acquisition of James Galt & Co. Ltd., an international children's arts and crafts and activity products company based in Cheshire, England.

This is the fourth acquisition for Elmer's in eighteen months and its first international investment. Acquisitions such as James Galt & Co. Ltd. complement its already existing portfolio of arts & crafts and kids activity products. Late in 2006, Elmer's acquired Scientific Explorer(TM), Giddy Up(R) and Color Loco(R) brands; its first acquisitions to support the company's already strong organic growth.
