The Sapir Organization Announces Lease Renewal with New York City Law Department at 100 Church Street
NEW YORK, Feb. 11 PRNewswire — The Sapir Organization announced today that The New York City Law Department will renew its lease at 100 Church Street, continuing to occupy six floors. This lease renewal affirms the demand for commercial real estate in downtown Manhattan.
"It is a wonderful show of support for downtown Manhattan to have our city's Law Department exercise their option to remain at 100 Church Street," said Alex Sapir, president of the Sapir Organization. 100 Church Street is currently in the midst of a major capital improvement program encompassing structural, building, window replacements, and mechanical upgrades, as well as aesthetic enhancements to the common area spaces. CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), is the appointed exclusive leasing and property management agent for this 21-story, 1.1 million square foot multi-tenant office building, which was built in 1958 and was designed by the noted architectural firm of Emery Roth & Sons.
