iamba Networks Expands Its Sales Activities in Asia Pacific Region

CUPERTINO, Calif., Feb. 11 PRNewswire — iamba Networks, a leading provider of Gigabit Passive Optical Networking (GPON) solutions today announced distribution agreements with, Eastele Technology, LTD. in China, with I&C Microsystems Co, LTD. in Korea and with Jeritronics LTD in Taiwan. The move demonstrates iamba's sales strategy to bring iGES, iamba GPON Eco-System, a comprehensive GPON solution comprised of advanced ASICs, software and production-ready reference designs, to system vendors and ODMs worldwide.

Early this month the company announced the availability of its market leading iSN1000, a family of 3 advanced GPON ONT SoCs with the fastest throughput and lowest power, optimized for Single Family Unit, Single Business Unit and Multi Dwelling Unit applications.
