The Regus Group Completes Lease Deal to Occupy More than 17,500 Square Feet of Prime Office Space in Lexington, Kentucky
The term of the lease is 132 months. The landlord for the project is Lexington Holdings One, LLC (Lexhold). The 17,500 square foot Regus center will occupy the fourth floor of the 1648 McGrathiana Parkway and feature 67 offices, 137 workstations, one Board Room, one meeting room, and one videoconferencing studio.
The center is centrally located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Interstate 64. 1648 McGrathiana Parkway is part of a two-building development consisting of approximately 350,000 square feet of office space. Created with sharp lines and artistic use of layered glass, metal and stone, the buildings are positioned to be simultaneously viewed from all major surrounding roadways.
