BOSTON, Feb. 6 PRNewswire — Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation, operator and franchisor of Uno Chicago Grill restaurants, will host a conference call for interested investors, analysts and portfolio managers on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 11:00 AM (EST) to discuss first quarter fiscal year 2008 financial results.
