They join
— Richard Bowers Jr., the current Vice Chairman of the governing Tribal Council of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Bowers also serves as President of Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc., which directs certain business interests of the Tribe; — Elrod Bowers, the current Chief Operating Officer of the Seminole Tribe of Florida; — Robert L. Gips, special counsel on Indian affairs at the law firm of Drummond, Woodsum & MacMahon in Portland, Maine; and — Michael D. Rumbolz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cash Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company focused on the casino cash access industry.
