Heart-Shaped Smiley Cookies Available at Eat'n Park

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 31 PRNewswire — Eat'n Park guests can fill the hearts and stomachs of loved ones this Valentine's Day season. Baked fresh daily, heart-shaped Smiley Cookies are now available at all Eat'n Park family restaurants and at the company's Smiley Cookie web site, www.SmileyCookie.com.

Valentine's Day is the fourth-largest holiday for confectionary consumption following Halloween, Easter, and Christmas respectively. At Eat'n Park though, Valentine's Day is the number one holiday for the company's sweetest treat, Smiley Cookies. The week before Valentine's Day is traditionally the largest sales week of the year for Smiley Cookies.

"The Valentine's Day holiday is all about sweets and sweeties," said Kevin O'Connell, senior vice president, Eat'n Park Restaurants. "Our heart-shaped Smiley Cookies fit the holiday perfectly, which is why they are so popular every year. What's really grown is our online business at SmileyCookie.com. Last year, we sent nearly 10,000 heart Smiley Cookies around the country via SmileyCookie.com."

Guests may purchase heart-shaped Smiley Cookies at any Eat'n Park location through February 14, or order online by visiting www.SmileyCookie.com. For arrival in time for Valentine's Day, online orders should be placed by midnight on February 10. The cookies are made fresh daily and shipped via next-day or two-day delivery.
