Free Safety Workshop for Contractors Slated for Feb. 5

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich., Jan. 29 PRNewswire — The Mid-Michigan Damage Prevention Association will host its third-annual Contractors' Workshop Tues., Feb. 5, at the Comfort Inn, 2424 S. Mission St., Mt. Pleasant. The half-day event will cover safety issues of special concern to contractors, builders, excavators and landscapers. Topics will include personal protection equipment, static electricity issues, and MISS DIG. Lunch will be provided. Admission is free, but advance registration is required.
