Lilliputian Systems Expands Leadership Team

WILMINGTON, Mass.-(Business Wire)-October 2, 2008 - Lilliputian Systems, Inc., developer of the world’s first Personal Power™ solution for consumer electronic (CE) devices, today announced the addition of two senior executives to its leadership team. Effective immediately, Allan Wallack has joined the company’s board of directors and Young Sohn had joined as a senior advisor. The appointments highlight Lilliputian Systems’ impressive recent technical and business progress in advance of commercial product availability. The company’s breakthrough solution, based on its Silicon Power Cell ™ technology, delivers the only viable small form-factor battery replacement that provides the enormous run-time improvements demanded by today’s CE devices.

Allan Wallack brings over 30 years of technology management experience to Lilliputian Systems’ board of directors. Wallack last served as CEO and president of Spring Tide Networks where he led the company to a $1.6 Billion acquisition by Lucent Technologies in 2000. Wallack previously held the position of chairman, CEO and president at Chrysalis Symbolic Design. Wallack presently holds advisory, board and investor positions at Redshift Systems, Inc., Marathon Technology and Wallack Investment Group, LLC, respectively. Wallack earned a B.S.E.E. from City College New York and an M.S. from Northeastern University.

As a senior advisor, Young Sohn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the consumer electronics industry to Lilliputian. Currently the CEO of Inphi Corporation, Sohn brings extensive experience in executive management of both established and emerging-technology consumer electronics companies in Silicon Valley, East Asia and around the globe. Prior to Inphi, Sohn successfully managed diverse, multi-billion dollar companies as CEO and president of Quantum Corp, Oak Technologies and Agilent Semiconductors. Additionally, Sohn has served on the boards of five public companies and three international joint venture firms. Sohn earned a B.S.E.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. from MIT.
