Danfoss Hydronic Heating and Danfoss Electric Heating Divisions Merge Into Danfoss Heating Division
TORONTO-(Business Wire)-October 2, 2008 - Danfoss, Inc. today announced that it will be combining its North America Heating divisions into one, unified division with headquarters in Toronto, Canada and Baltimore, MD. The merger will take advantage of the inherent synergies between the two divisions allowing a full offering of heating products and solutions that will benefit manufacturing reps, distributors and the end user.
Danfoss further announced that Lyle Moroz, current Vice President of the Danfoss Electric Heating Division will be promoted to Vice President of the newly combined Heating Division. Lyle Moroz, who is a Professional Engineer and MBA graduate, has been with Danfoss for four years and has more than 15 years experience in the electrical and construction industry, most recently serving as an executive for Square D / Schneider Electric.
