Mannatech to Participate in Annual Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta

COPPELL, Texas-(Business Wire)-October 2, 2008 - Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ:MTEX), a leading developer and provider of dietary supplements and skin care solutions, announced today it has partnered with independent sales Associates from across the nation to participate in the 37^th Annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta taking place October 4-12. A number of Associates are expected to help introduce Mannatech to Fiesta attendees, estimated at more than 800,000 throughout the event.

Mannatech Platinum Presidentials Dwight and Susan Havener, along with Associate Janie Tevere, spearheaded Associate participation in this year’s Fiesta. By contributing personal funds, they and the other participating Associates will host Booth One, an exhibit tent six times larger than any other vendor booth, where Fiesta visitors can learn more about the company’s proprietary dietary supplements and skin care products.

The Mannatech booth will also offer yoga and exercise demonstrations, medical massages, healthy cooking classes, prize drawings and auctions. Proceeds from the auctions and a fundraiser will go toward building a children’s education center on the festival property next to the balloon museum.
