New Horizon Wines Introduces Virginia Wines and 'Wine Lifestyle' to the U.K.

RESTON, Va.-(Business Wire)-September 26, 2008 - New Horizon Wines today announced that it will be launching a program to export selected Virginia wines into the U.K. and offering ‘wine lifestyle’ tours to experience the beautiful countryside, exceptional wines, and rich history of the region.

“An Evening in Virginia Wine Country,” the groundbreaking event at the prestigious Institute of Directors, London on September 30, will feature selected wines from nine wineries, and introduce wine experience tours to the major wine regions of Virginia. Together with representatives in London, a live webcast from Breaux Vineyards will provide an opportunity to meet the winemakers from the participating wineries.

The event will feature award-winning wines from three of the wine regions -

Northern Virginia: Breaux Vineyards, Corcoran Vineyards, Philip Carter Winery, Veramar Vineyards.
Central Virginia: Keswick Vineyards, Thibaut-Janisson, Veritas Vineyard and Winery, White Hall Vineyards,
Chesapeake Region: Williamsburg Winery

New Horizon Wines will offer Virginia ‘wine lifestyle’ experiences in partnership with Keswick Hall (an Orient Express Hotel), Wedmore Place (A Small Luxury Hotel of the World), and Lansdowne Resort (a AAA Four Diamond Award winning hotel).

In addition to the wineries and the hotels, the event is supported and sponsored by the U.S. Commercial Service, FedEx, Capital Region USA, and SunTrust Bank.
