HUB International Acquires Arnold and Associates

CHICAGO-(Business Wire)-September 4, 2008 - Hub International Limited announced today that it has acquired the assets of Arnold and Associates, Inc. (Arnold), a Phoenix, Arizona agency specializing in employee benefits. Arnold will become part of Hub International of Arizona, a division of Hub International of California Insurance Services, Inc. (HUB Arizona). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
