Vapps, TELoIP Announce Distribution Agreement

HOBOKEN, N.J.-(Business Wire)-September 4, 2008 - Vapps, Inc., provider of affordable, flat-rate audio conferencing services with lifelike, in-the-room sound quality, and TELoIP Inc., a leading data-networking provider in Canada, today jointly announced a distribution agreement under which TELoIP will sell Vapps’ High-Definition Conferencing under its own brand throughout North America. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The agreement with TELoIP is the latest “white label” deal for Vapps, which delivers High-Definition Conferencing directly to its own growing base of small-business and enterprise customers as well as indirectly to thousands of additional users via Vapps’ distribution partners.

TELoIP offers an array of data and VoIP communications services to businesses in Canada and the United States, with a concentration on the more densely populated Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta provinces.
