American Eagle Outfitters Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
PITTSBURGH-(Business Wire)-September 4, 2008 - American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE: AEO) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, marking the company’s 17th consecutive quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on October 10, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2008.
