Harte-Hanks Announces Promotion of Company Veteran Don Aicklen to Lead National Markets Organization
SAN ANTONIO-(Business Wire)-August 28, 2008 - Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE:HHS) today announced that Don Aicklen has been promoted to corporate Vice President, with responsibility for leading the company’s National Markets Organization within its Direct Marketing segment.
In his 27-year tenure with the company Aicklen has served in a variety of general management, sales management and national sales leadership roles. He most recently served as Group Managing Director for the company’s Select Markets vertical.

As a result of Aicklen’s promotion Harte-Hanks has also announced new leadership for the Select Markets organization that Aicklen had been leading.
Brent Bush has been named Managing Director of the Consumer Brands and Automotive portion of the Select Markets organization. Bush is a six-year veteran of Harte-Hanks with more than 25 years of management and executive leadership experience.
Bush’s diverse work experience includes executive positions with some of the world’s most respected companies, including Federal Express, Oracle and Teletech. During his career, he has managed large sales organizations, operations, marketing and all facets of managing large and small companies.
Gus Kostakis has been named Managing Director of the Public Sector portion of the Select Markets organization. In his four years with Harte-Hanks, Kostakis has been instrumental in expanding relationships with government entities and non-profit organizations, fulfilling their marketing needs.
Kostakis has more than 20 years of marketing experience across all media platforms in both the b-to-c and b-to-b markets and has represented a variety of private and public sector clients.
Additionally the company has made a leadership promotion within one of its longest standing verticals, the Financial Markets group. Susan Wilson has been named Managing Director for Financial Markets at Harte-Hanks. As a senior leader, she has been with Harte-Hanks since 2005 and was most recently Senior Vice President of the company’s Financial Markets group. She has been responsible for key client relationships, leading new business development engagements at senior levels.
Wilson brings deep marketing and financial services expertise after having served such firms as ChoicePoint, Experian and RR Donnelley.
