Fitch Ratings Withdraws Various Health Q-IFS Ratings

CHICAGO-(Business Wire)-July 3, 2008 - Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its quantitative insurer financial strength (Q-IFS) ratings on Unison Family Health Plan of Pennsylvania, Inc. and Unison Health Plan of Pennsylvania, Inc. because the health insurance companies no longer meet Fitch's criteria to be eligible to receive a Q-IFS rating.

—Q-IFS 'Aq'
