OmniaLuo Appoints Vice President of Information Management
SHENZHEN, China-(Business Wire)-July 2, 2008 - OmniaLuo, Inc. ("OmniaLuo" or the "Company") (OTCBB: OLOU), a China-based company engaged in the business of designing, developing, marketing and distributing fine women's apparel under the brand name OMNIALUO, today announced that effective June 1, 2008, Mr. Xiao Lihua has been appointed Vice President of Information Management for Shenzhen Oriental Fashion Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of OmniaLuo.

Mr. Lihua has nine years of experience in information and supply chain management. Mr. Lihua received a Doctoral Degree from the Chinese Academy of Science in 2008 and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management & Information Systems from the China Textile University in 1999. Prior to joining OmniaLuo, Mr. Lihua held various senior management positions with other Chinese apparel companies.
