ProfitPoint Names Robert Moore as Chief Financial Officer
FRANKLIN, Tenn.-(Business Wire)-June 18, 2008 - ProfitPoint, Inc., a leading provider of stored value card services, today announced the appointment of Robert ("Bob") Moore as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Moore brings to ProfitPoint nearly thirty years of Finance expertise, including spending most of the last ten years acquiring 175 businesses for small start-up companies, two of which he led to successful IPOs. Moore will report directly to Vaden Landers, Chief Executive Officer of ProfitPoint, Inc.
In his new role at ProfitPoint, Moore will focus primarily on raising the capital required to execute ProfitPoint's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions, as the demand for stored value services continues to increase within the mass market where ProfitPoint has established itself as a market leader through mostly organic growth by way of its ever expanding direct sales force. Moore brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He was formerly CFO of Foster Medical, a $360 million public entity that later sold to Avon Products. Moore was responsible for overseeing the negotiations and integration of 106 acquisitions over a period of four years during his tenure as CFO of Foster Medical.

Mr. Moore has a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
