Momentum - Frontline, Ltd. (NYSE: FRO)

Frontline shares have posted a big rally over the last three days, advancing back to $69 level and challenging the 52-week and all-time high. Apparently all is not doom and gloom in the building industry as NCI Building Systems saw sales rise 13.1% in the second quarter and is bullish about the rest of 2008. The company has surprised on estimates in two out of the last four quarters by 37.83%. NCI's forward P/E is 11.75.
