ArcelorMittal Share Buyback Program: Status Report as of June 13

LUXEMBOURG-(Business Wire)-June 18, 2008 - Regulatory News:

ArcelorMittal, under the new share buy-back program as announced on 12 December and on 18 December 2007, hereby announces that it has repurchased 1,250,000 shares from 10 February until 13 June 2008.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 63.00 and for a total amount of EUR 78,752,495.

This share buyback occurred within ArcelorMittal's 44 million share buy-back program which started on 18 December 2007 and is to be completed over two years. As of 22 February 2008, an aggregate 16.4 million shares had been repurchased under that program.
