Warner Premiere's Another Cinderella Story Dances onto Blu-Ray and DVD September 16th from Warner Home Video
BURBANK, Calif.-(Business Wire)-June 17, 2008 - Prepare to sing and dance with two of today's hottest young stars when Warner Premiere's modern-day fairytale Another Cinderella Story arrives on Blu-ray and DVD September 16th from Warner Home Video.
A high-energy, comedic twist on the classic Cinderella story, Another Cinderella Story tells the tale of a downtrodden girl, Mary, who seeks the love of charming prince, Joey Parker, a popular singer who has enrolled at Beverly Hills High School, against the wishes of her evil legal guardian. The direct-to-DVD film stars Selena Gomez (Disney Channel's The Wizards of Waverly Place) as downtrodden teen Mary Santiago, Drew Seeley (the High School Musical concert tour) as pop idol Joey Parker, and Jane Lynch (Talledega Nights, For Your Consideration, Best in Show) as Dominique, Mary's insufferable guardian. Another Cinderella Story is directed by Damon Santostefano (Bring it on Again, Three to Tango) from a script by Erik Patterson & Jessica Scott and is produced by Dylan Sellers (A Cinderella Story, Agent Cody Banks). Clifford Werber, Ilyssa Goodman and Neal Dodson serve as executive producers.
The film's soundtrack features many of today's hottest young artists and includes several songs written by Seeley and performances by Seeley and Gomez. The soundtrack for Another Cinderella Story will be released by Razor & Tie Entertainment on August 26th.
SYNOPSIS
