Good Shepherd Pet Services Turns to Automation Software from Mobile BIS to Further Improve Service to Owners, Vets
CHARLOTTE, N.C.-(Business Wire)-April 30, 2008 - Good Shepherd Pet Services, a leader in the pet cremation field, today announced it is turning to automation to take its services for pet owners and veterinarians to a new level.
Charles L. Crook, Jr., Good Shepherd founder and president, said his company is installing Pet Cremation Systems from Mobile BIS, of Los Angeles, at each of its facilities to improve delivery and tracking of pets, customer satisfaction and productivity.
Good Shepherd provides pet cremation services in metro Charlotte and western North Carolina; metro Atlanta, Savannah, and Athens, Georgia; the Upstate and the Lowcountry of South Carolina, and Jacksonville, Florida. Its corporate offices are located in Piedmont, South Carolina.
