All three covering analysts have raised their guidance.

Growth & Income - Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (NYSE: HP)

Helmerich & Payne is a Growth & Income pick that performed well in the past, hitting 52-week highs and currently trades near that level. The company announced solid fiscal first quarter results in late January, noting that operating income for the quarter reached a new record level. HP is yielding 0.4% while the many of the companies in the oil and gas drilling industry do not pay out a dividend at all. Helmerich & Payne's ROE of 22% is higher than the industry average of 21%.

Momentum - Molson Coors Brewing Co. (NYSE: TAP)

Molson Coors Brewing Co. is operating in an industry that has historically been less susceptible to weakness in the overall economy. This dynamic was evident when the company reported solid fourth quarter results on Feb 12 that included a significant jump in earnings. The company's stock price has been holding up really well under greater economic pressure, and looks well positioned to continue advancing.

Value - Chiquita Brands International, Inc. (NYSE: CQB)

Chiquita Brands is finding pricing power as supply constraints push up banana prices worldwide. Analysts are estimating 456.57% year-over-year earnings per share growth in 2008. The company has a P/E of 13.57, under the industry average of 18.
