Littlefield Corporation Announces Annual Meeting
AUSTIN, Texas-(Business Wire)-March 28, 2008 - Littlefield Corporation (OTCBB: LTFD) announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. CST, in Austin, Texas. The meeting will take place at its Corporate Headquarters, 2501 North Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78705.
Only holders of record of the company's Common Stock at the close of business on March 24, 2008, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment of the Meeting. The stock transfer books will remain open.
