Gators Derrick Harvey and Andre Caldwell to Make First Signing Appearance Saturday, March 29th at Palm Beach Autographs (The Avenues Mall, Jacksonville)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-(Business Wire)-March 22, 2008 - Derrick Harvey, Andre Caldwell and five other members of the 2006 National Champion University of Florida Gators will make their first-ever public autograph-signing appearances next Saturday, March 29th, 2-4 p.m., at Palm Beach Autographs in The Avenues Mall.
Autograph tickets may be purchased in advance by calling (904) 464-0052 or by visiting Palm Beach Autographs at its new location across from Football Fanatics near the Food Court of The Avenues Mall. More information can be found online at www.PalmBeachAutographs.com .
"Since the BCS Championship Game in Arizona, we have been working to bring every graduating member of the championship team to Palm Beach Autographs," said Jim Dodson, co-founder of the store with his brother Steve, both University of Florida graduates. "The day after the each player graduates or declares for the NFL draft, we invite them to appear at our store," said Steve Dodson. "We are proud to give fellow Gator fans the opportunity to meet these exciting athletes."
In all, more than 20 members of the National Championship Gators, including Chris Leak, Dallas Baker, Jarvis Moss, Reggie Nelson, Earl Everett, Brandon Siler, and Deshawn Wynn, have made autograph-signing appearances at Palm Beach Autographs' Jacksonville store.
On Saturday, Harvey and Caldwell will be joined by former teammates Kyle Jackson, Tony Joiner, Drew Miller, Carlton Medder and Eric Rutledge.
Official 2006 Florida Gators Championship items will be available at the signing, with team-signed helmets, footballs, and photographs from previous signings on sale as well. Customers are welcome to bring their own items to be signed. If you can't attend the event, Palm Beach Autographs will gladly handle special requests.
