AMI DODUCO Announces Key Appointments

EXPORT, Pa.-(Business Wire)-March 14, 2008 - AMI DODUCO, a Technitrol (NYSE:TNL) company, announced the appointment of Marc H. Turpin as President and Chief Operating Officer. Turpin currently is Vice President of Electrical Operations for Europe and China. He will continue reporting to Technitrol Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Drew A. Moyer.

In addition, AMI DODUCO announced the hiring of Albert J. Mastrangelo as Vice President of Sales - Americas, reporting to Turpin. Mastrangelo's 30-year career has included senior-level marketing and sales assignments at leading chemical and materials companies, including Petroferm, Inc., Park Electrochemical Corporation, Lord Corporation and SCM Metal Products, Inc.
