Pan American Gold Corporation: Resignation and Appointment of Directors
VANCOUVER, British Columbia-(Business Wire)-March 13, 2008 - Pan American Gold Corporation (OTCBB: PNAMF) (the "Company") announces that Giovanni Lopez has resigned as a director of the Company. The Company has appointed John Toljanich as a director in place of Giovanni Lopez.
Mr. Toljanich is a retired businessman with extensive involvement as a director and management of public resource and energy companies over the last fifteen years. Prior to this he has thirty years experience in land and improvement appraisals and supervision. Mr. Toljanich currently chairs property assessment review panels.
