Superior Oil and Gas Co. Initiates Completion Work on Chickie No. 1 Well
CALUMET, Okla.-(Business Wire)-February 19, 2008 - Superior Oil and Gas Co. (OTCBB:SIOR) has initiated completion work on the Chickie No.1 Well in Logan County, Oklahoma, announced Dan Lloyd, President of Superior. "The well was spudded on December 20, 2007 and recently logged and production casing was run and cemented." Lloyd said. "The open hole logs show potential production in four different formations. We will perforate the first zone today and additional zones will be tested as needed." Lloyd also reported that a working interest partner contributed $1,950,000 for a 50% interest in the well.
