Two Leading Manufacturers Join to Create North America's Largest Line of Retractable Screen Options
ABBOTSFORD, Canada-(Business Wire)-February 13, 2008 - Phantom Screens(R) and Seiki Screen Systems(TM) of Japan announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent to develop a definitive Partnership Agreement by which they will collectively deliver a complete family of retractable screening solutions to North America. This partnered approach will allow both companies to provide do-it-yourself customers and other market segments with high quality, competitively priced products that meet various budgets.

Phantom Screens will handle the distribution, customer service, sales and marketing of Seiki products in North America. According to DeWolde, they plan to offer installation assistance when required by do-it-yourself novices, and expand Phantom's offering of installed products with the support of Seiki's engineering and production capacity. Phantom and Seiki believe their dynamic relationship creates an incomparable offering to the market, which has already captured the serious interest of select big-box retailers and other distributor channels.
